Sure, we have a professional development team to design new item. And we have made OEM/ODM item for many customers.The sample fee is charged according the material and size of the product.
Q5:How about the payment term?
Generally, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer's responsibility.
Q6:How to know your bulk production quality control?
Once order confirmed, we will send the confirmed samples to you for checking before bulk production. Professional QC will check the material, color, craft and every issues to make sure the production goes correctly. We will send shipping samples with correct packing for your checking again before shipment. Of course, welcome your QC or the third agent come to inspect goods.
