A:The material of our leather belts includes full grain leather, top grain leather,split leather,bonded leather.
Q: What’s your sample policy?
A:Sample time 7-10 days for custom items and 3-5 days for in-stock items.Sample fee is refundable after placing formal order.
Q:What's your minimum order quantity?
A:It's 10 pcs for the goods that we have in stock.For newly production,it depends on the exact requirement on design,size and material.
Q:Can you add our own logo on the products?
A:Yes, our professional R &D team can help with your customized requirements, both ODM & OEM are available. Please contact us to know more details.
Q:All of your products are in stock?
A:Some of our normal products have stock goods sometimes.Most of our products are newly made according to buyers' requirements.
Q:What format of the file do you need if i want my own design ?
A:We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. if you have your own sample , that will be great!
Q:How do you deliver your products?
A:By air,sea or express companies.
Q:What's your payment terms?
A:T/T 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.
L/C, T/T, and Western Unionl are acceptable.
