Q: Are those leather belt on website all genuine leather?
A: The material of our leather belts includes full grain leather, top grain leather, split leather, bonder leather.
Q: What's your sample policy?
A: Sample time 7-10 days for custom iterms and 3-5 days for in-stock items. Sample fee is refundable after placing formal order.
Q:What's your minimum order quantity?
A:It's 10 pcs for the goods that we have in stock, For newly production, it's depends on the exact requirement on design, size,and material.
Q:Can you add our own logo on the products?
A: Yes, our professional R&D team can help with your customized requirements, both ODM & ODM are available. Please contract us to know more details.
Q:All of your products are in stock?
A:Some of our normal products have stock goods sometimes. Most of our products are newly made according to buyers' requirements.
Q:What format of the file do you need if i want my logo design?
A:We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JDG, AI, or PDF,ect. if you have your own sample, that will be great!
Q:How do you deliver your products?
A: By air,sea or express companies.
Q:What's your payment terms?
A:T/T 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.
