Q3: What’s your lead time for samples and mass production?
A3:a) Samples: Usually it takes about 7-10 days.
b) For bulk order: 25-35 days, depending on designs, order quantity and craftprocess etc.
Q4: How to know the quality of your products?
A4: a) We can send our existing samples for your reference, and you pay for the shipping cost.
b) After price confirmed and payment received, we send you the required samples
within 7-10days for your checking.
If you make bulk orders with quantity meeting our requirements, samples fees can be refunded.
Q5: What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A5:a) For custom belts: 300pcs/style/color
Q6: What's your payment terms?
A6:T/T 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery.
L/C, T/T, Western Union are acceptable.
Q7: Can you add our own logo on product?
A7:Yes, we can add logos by lasing, engraving, embossing, stamping, printing and so on.
Please kindly transfer sample and logo fees, design files to us,
we will refund your sample cost after you confirm the bulk orders.
